All Exhibits will be ‘Judged' by the Show Judges, and the best will be given a 1st, 2nd or 3rd place or an ‘Honourable Mention', and will also be eligible to receive Prize Money

and possibly a Trophy

‘Show Ribbons' (1st, 2nd, 3rd or ‘Honourable Mention'), will be attached to the ‘Tags'

of the Exhibits and can be retained by the Exhibitor

‘Prize Money" is also won for each Exhibit that receives a 1st, 2nd or 3rd place

 ‘Points' are awarded for each entry in a Class that is given a 1st, 2nd or 3rd place

 ‘Trophies' will be awarded for the ‘Best' Exhibit in certain Classes

and also for the Exhibitor obtaining the highest total number of ‘Points' in certain

Sections or groups of Classes

- Trophies remain the property of the Garden Club and will have the names of

each year's winner engraved on a small shield affixed to the base of the Trophy

- Garden Club Members may take Trophies home on condition that they are

returned prior to the following year's Show

- Trophies awarded to non-club members will be retained by The Garden Club

- Small plaques are also awarded to Trophy winners and can be taken and

retained by the Exhibitor

Trophies are presented, and Prize money is given out, at the Presentation of Prizes on

the Sunday afternoon of the Show starting at 3:30 pm
