Registration to submit Exhibits
All Exhibits submitted for Judging must have an attached ‘Exhibit Tag' on which are entered details of the Exhibit and the Exhibitor.
Exhibit Tags will be provided, free of charge, by the Club when each person ‘Registers' and is assigned an Exhibitor Number. Upon Registration each person will be asked to provide the following Details:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
and whether they are a 'Novice' (i.e. have not won a Trophy at a previous Show)
These details are required for recording the points, prize money and awards obtained by each Exhibitor (and will not be passed on to any other organization)
Note: Current Garden Club members only need to provide their name - but must 'REGISTER' to obtain an Exhibitor Number (they can no longer use their Club Membership number)
When To Register and obtain Tags:
- Before the Show dates - contact Lucy Krisco (our Club Treasurer)
- by phoning her at 780-458-7219
- or by clicking HERE to send an email with your Registration Details
- During the Show - from the Registration Table in the foyer of St. Albert Place
while Set-up is taking place (Friday evening between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm), or
during Staging of Exhibits (Saturday morning between 7:30 am and 11:00 am)
Note: Judging commences at 11:15am prompt on the Saturday morning - so Please Register and obtain Tags in sufficient time to complete Staging ALL your Exhibits before 11:00 am.
